Why is a trip to Digiworld never a picnic?

Punimon jumped out of the portal doing a complete legless front flip and landing in the grass. It jumped and smiled as Darian flew out of the warp, skidding through the grass, leaving a body sized mark in the ground.

"Jeez Darian, you really suck at that." Punimon said as it hopped around Darian's collapsed body.

"Its gotta be some sort of thing about me having legs and you not having any." Darian laughed as he sat up, a giant grass stain was implanted on his forehead.

"Some sort of physics. Plus you're a digimon, you've got some sort of weird, way to always land perfectly. It's like your not affected by d**n gravity." Darian said as Punimon did a backflip.

"Or I'm just cooler than you in all ways, no wonder you can't get a girl." Punimon laughed as he hopped around Darian, Darian in the meantime was trying to tackled Punimon for saying that.

"Dude you're a jerk sometimes." Darian laughed as he finally stood up from the ground.

"So where should we go Punimon?" he asked as he looked down at the tiny red creature.

"I dunno, you pick." Punimon replied.

They both just sighed.

Up in the sky a somewhat small digi-portal opened. It grew two times before a figure came flying out of it. First, was a massive puff of smoke with fire on top, could it be a digimon? Next came a five foot five teenager, wearing mostly orange. The two figures came crashing through the air, growing faster and faster as they flew.

Suddenly, the smoke figure turned upright and floated down to the ground, while the teenage boy went crashing through two tree tree branches, then finding his face make contact with the ground. Pain seered through his face as he reluctantly got up. "You know Leo, it would help if you put yhourself straight before you fall" chatted an arrogant puff of smoke.

"Mokumon, can it" retorted Leo. Leo stood upright, his entire face cherry red. "Why did you want to come to the Native Forrest?" Mokumon asked."First of all, I didn't want to come here. Secondly, it was your idea to come here, I wanted to stay In The Human Wold!" boomed Leo.

Mokumon simply looked away, but from afar two things could be seen. One, a human, and two, a digimon, a fresh digimon. "Hey Leo, looked, other humans, other humans!". The small digimon grew ecstatic and ran after the new human and digimon. "Wait up!" Leo called to him as he chased him down.

Darian heard a crash and loud rustling coming from the trees behind him. He turned around and saw the birds quickly flying away, leaves falling to the ground.

"What the?" Darian asked as Punimon's face grew into a smile.

"I smell digimon!" Punimon said happily as it performed another backflip.

Darian continued to stare at the disturbed trees, a figure seemed to be running at him and Punimon. It was a small puff of smoke with fire on it's head. Darian sighed.

"Somebody call the fire department." Darian said jokingly.

"That joke sucked." Punimon said as he ran towards the incoming digimon.

"Hey wait!" Darian said as he ran off behind Punimon.

When Leo and Mokumon had finally come to a stop, he had confirmed it, the human was a tamer and the digimon was his partner. "See Leo, I told you I saw someone" Mokumon bragged. Leo shot a look to Mokumon, a common sign that said "Shut Up!". The human, appeared to be a fifteen year old male, he had a variation of insane red hair, or was it brown, Leo could not tell, nor could Mokumon.

"Your a Punimon aren't you" Leo said to the small digimon that was partner to the human. "Of course he is, can't you see the pink body, small stubby horns, and small innocent eyes" Mokumon ranted. "Mokumon, go somewhere and shut it" replied Leo.

Leo now looked to the human, the tamer. "Hello, my name is Leonardo. Leonardo Scarborough, but you can call me Leo". Leo spread a smile across his face, because for the first time ever he had seen another human in the digital world. "As you can see, this runt here is Mokumon, a somewhat arrogant, irritating- shut up bug!" Mokumon interrupted.

Darian watched as the puff of smoke and the boy who seemed to be dressed in alot of orange stopped infront of him. He wasn't too sure how there was another human in the digiworld and also wasn't sure if this human was actually safe.

Punimon laughed at Leo's question and to Mokumon's answer, "Yep I'm Punimon alright, and you. You are the almighty puff of smoke, Mokumon!" Punimon chirped.

"Punimon.....quiet." Darian said as he looked up from Mokumon to Leo.

"I'm Darian." he replied, "You already know this is Punimon thanks to your cloud."

He was surprised to see somebody else in the digi-world. He usually only saw digimon, big, small, medium, but now a human? I guess I'm not the only one who can come here. he thought to himself.

"Yours is arrogant? Mines just annoying." he laughed as he nudged Punimon off his leg when it headbutted him.

Leo laughed as Darian called Mokumon a cloud. "No, he's not my cloud, more like a really really annoying shadow that never stops following me". Leo joined in Darian's laughter as Mokumon stuck his tounge of fire at Punimon. "Cut it out or else...".

Mokumon looked up to Leo, his eyes saying "what are you gonna do if I don't?". "I know what you're thinking, and don't even try it" said Leo. Mokumon could see that Leo knew full well what he was planning to do. He was going to blow smoke in Leo's eyes for calling him an annoying shadow. "That reminds me" Leo said excitedly.

Leo pulled his D-Terminal from his right pocket and swiftly his fingers became a blur. Pressing buttons faster than a motorcycle could race was Leo's specialty, something Mokumon took as very annoying. "Boy I hate those hands" Mokumon sighed.

Leo took in a deep breath after a sequence of buttons were pressed. "I almost didn't ask you, what is your e-mail, the one on your D-Terminal?". Leo began to jot in a few buttons again, then began to talk again. "That way, if I'm ever in the digital world and need help I can call you, same for you, or maybe we can just hang out in the human world sometime.

Darian and Punimon stared as Leo and Mokumon seemed to be having a mental battle.

"What was he planning on doing?" Darian whispered, tilting a little towards Punimon.

"I dunno." Punimon answered quietly.

They both watched as Leo whipped out his D-Terminal and begins to press buttons.

"Woah!" Punimon said excitedly, "Dude whip out yours!" Punimon said as he jumped up and nudged Darian's pocket.

"Fine fine." Darian said as he withdrew the D-Terminal and made his way into the E-mail section of the device.

"My email is [e-mail]." he said, chuckling as he repeated the ridiculous email address, "How about yours?"

Leo inputted the number into his D-Terminal in only a second, all thanks to his incredibly fast hands. "That's a pretty funny e-mail" taunted Mokumon. "Shut up runt" Leo interjected. "Mine is [e-mail]. Leo finshed putting in more numbers and letters, then shoved his D-Terminal to the bottom of his pocket.

"It would seem as if we will meet up again soon. Maybe next time we meet Mokumon won't be so arrogant" Leo joked. Leo shifted his eyes to Punimon, then back to Darian. "Punimon will digivolve to Tsunomon, then Gabumon, then Garurumon, then- Can it" Leo sighed.

Leo wondered if Darian had the same problem with Punimon that Leo had with Mokumon. "Sometimes I don't know about you, you make me wonder, you know". Leo looked back to Darian, beginning a totally new conversation. "So, where are you and Punimon destined to be, or are to go to?".

Darian entered the email into his D-Terminal quickly, not as fast as Leo did but he managed to get the letters in speedily.

He listened to the little Mokumon, curious about the digivolutions.

Tsunomon? Gabumon? Garurumon? They sound pretty cool.he thought to himself as he pictured them in his mind.

He listened as Leo asked a question about where he was planning on going, "I didn't think I was really destined for anything in the digi world. The only reason we're here today is well, Punimon wanted to come earlier so I brought him." he said as he scratched the back of his head.

Leo let a grin spread across his face as he remembered how he got to the digi-world today. "Unfortunately for me, this little demon cloud dragged me here to get him something, but I can't remember what". Leo scratched his chin vigorously until he caught site of Mokumon in the corner of his eyes.

"What are you doing?" Leo asked weerily. Mokumon was sitting on the ground, which actucally looked like he was merely laying down with no legs or arms. He was making his hand dissappear into the air, then come back, then continued it several more times. "I'm entertaining myself" he retorted.

Leo smirked, the small smoke cloud amused him sometimes, even when he was annoying him. "So Darian, I do think that we will be parting now". Leo began to walk away, Mokumon swiftly floating after him. "See you later Punimon, maybe next time we see each other you will be a Tsunomon" Mokumon called. Leo waved as he walked, soon becoming a blur walking along trees.

Darian looked down at Mokumon wondering what it was doing. As it made its hands dissapear and reappear Darian thought it was cool and Punimon was quite intrigued.

"I guess we shall." he said as he watched them turn to leave, "Get whatever your digimon wanted haha." he laughed as he turned back to Punimon, he was doing something odd.

"Punimon what are you doing?" Darian asked, kneeling down next to Punimon. Punimon was vibrating, the slimy flesh on his body seemed to be bubbling.

"That hand thing wont work." Punimon said as he tried again.

"Umm dude, you don't have hands." Darian said slowly, as if to prove a point.

"Oh yeah." Punimon laughed.

"Come on dude." Darian said as he walked off in the opposite direction, Punimon following.
